Pricing Per Photo is determined primarily by location, flight times, scheduled and Non-Scheduled Aerial Photo Flights.  Contact the photographer to get the best price for aerial photo services available and to get the aerial view you appreciate the most.

Local Services:  $350.00 minimum is charged for single orders or one location to be photographed in the Cookeville, TN, area unless multiple orders are grouped into one flight which will equate to a decrease in pricing per photo.

Sales & Marketing:  Customers are contacted in advance via announcement by the photographer to avoid photographing many subjects who have no interest in purchasing aerial photos.  In short, I don't photograph every business in town.   If the minimum sales quota is obtained for individual areas to be photographed by the sales team, the price per photo will be adjusted to as much as 50% off the single order price of $350.00 per photo.  There's no obligation to purchase aerial photos,  if you don't like the aerial photo for any reason, simply decline your purchase.  There's no cost to view your aerial photo and payment options are available!

 A few common everyday uses for aerial photos that make them so valuable to the owner are Realty Marketing, Insurance Purposes, Business Planning, Construction, Records, Sales & Marketing.  And of course to hang in your own office to show the changes over the years!
